• 5+ years of experience in payroll management within Colombia and the LATAM region • In-depth knowledge of Colombian payroll laws and regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
