📋 Description
• Help execute the engineering deliverables, under limited or some guidance & supervision. • Adhere to continuous improvement in software development practices and processes. • Work closely with senior engineering resources and management to remove technical roadblocks, and participate in code reviews with more senior engineers • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure high-quality code and adherence to engineering best practices. • Ensure compliance with security regulations. • Collaborate with other departments, such as product management, design, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of the product. • Participate and potentially drive cross-functional initiatives and foster strong relationships to optimize collaboration and efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a technical resource, ideally in a start-up or fast-paced environment. • Understanding of software architecture, technology stack development and API-driven systems • Programming abilities with full stack experience covering front-end, back-end, database, APIs etc. • Experience being part of high-performing engineering teams. • Excellent communication both written and verbal. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment. • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
