• At Backpack Healthcare, we believe that clinician satisfaction = client satisfaction • Backpack Healthcare is an online behavioral health company providing access to care for children • This is a salary + benefits position, not fee for service • You will need to be open for a minimum of 30 hours per week • You agree to participate in meetings and weekly case-consultation groups • Compensation varies depending on experience, certifications, hours, or Spanish fluency
Requirements
• LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT • Active Maryland license • Interest in providing minimum of 8 sessions/week • Energetic and ambitious attitude • Access to high-speed internet • Entrepreneurial mindset • Excellent organization and time-management skills • Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with AdvancedMD EHR)
