•At Backpack Healthcare we believe that clinician satisfaction = client satisfaction •Backpack Healthcare is an online behavioral health company whose sole purpose is to provide access to care for those who need it most. •You will need to be “open” for a minimum of 30 hours per week. •Utilize your expertise to develop/review treatment plans and psychosocial evals. •Participate in meetings and weekly case-consultation groups. •Compensation varies depending on experience, certifications, and fluency in Spanish.

Requirements

•LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT •Active Maryland license •Interest in providing minimum of 8 sessions/week •Energetic and ambitious attitude •Access to high-speed internet •Entrepreneurial mindset •Excellent organization and time-management skills •Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with AdvancedMD EHR)
