Description

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend microservices using technologies like Node.js, Elasticsearch, Event queues, and Kubernetes • Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional team members to define objectives and implement cohesive code, elevating the user experience • Encourage innovative ideas for new products or features by closely monitoring industry developments and trends • Embrace continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices, explore new programming languages, and provide guidance to fellow team members • Advocate agile processes, operational excellence, and coding best practices, emphasizing clean code, readability, and test-driven development • Demonstrate leadership capabilities by taking charge of projects when required: participate in the product lifecycle from discovery all the way to deployment

Requirements

• Several years of work experience as Software Developer • 3+ years of experience with Node.js • Proficient experience using non-relational Databases (MongoDB) • Affinity for test-driven development and code documentation • Experience with Queue Management systems like Amazon SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ • Experience in TypeScript (Nice to Haves) • Ability to design large-scale resilient distributed microservices on a cloud infrastructure (preferably Kubernetes) (Nice to Haves) • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485) for medical products (Nice to Haves) • Working knowledge of Redis and ElasticSearch (Nice to Haves) • University Degree in Computer Science or similar (Nice to Haves)
