📋 Description
• Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets. • Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across digital marketing assets. • Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects against tight deadlines. • Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams and stakeholders. • Uphold global brand identity guidelines in creative projects. • Create effective paid marketing assets and campaigns through innovative solutions. • Offer advice to juniors and encourage sharing and exploring ideas. • Maintain high standards and ensure the best work is released to stakeholders. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table. • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• BA degree or equivalent required. • 4+ years experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand. • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and other graphic design software • Experience in digital design (social media experience a plus) • A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic • Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling. • Advanced understanding of interaction design methodologies. • Conceptual thinking. • Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams. • Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence. • Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced workflow. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Great communicator and highly collaborative. • A strong work ethic.
