📋 Description
• Create exceptional packaging designs for the in-box experience, including designing across all private label ingredients and the outer box. • Create designs for print marketing materials, such as pull-up banners, flyers, posters, event collateral etc. • Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business. • Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets. • Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines. • Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets. • Work closely with third-party production houses and print partners: offer creative consultations, recommend paper and material solutions, and maintain and enforce the quality of files. • Uphold the brand identity guidelines. • Develop and adapt work with feedback, consolidating across stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• BS/BA/BFA degree in advertising / multimedia arts / industrial design / any design-related degree required. • 4+ years experience working in an in-house creatives / advertising agency required. • 2+ years experience in packaging design. • 2+ years experience in digital design. • Solid experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. • Understanding of the print world, CMYK and Pantone. • Understanding of the digital world - Social Media, Onsite Banners, Google Banners, EDMs, Landing Pages/Homepage banners, etc. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing clear tasks and timelines. • Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence. • Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
