Description

• Leading multiple dynamic, strategic projects, collaborating closely with the team throughout all phases of product development—from initial evaluation of requirements to roadmap creation, design execution, and deployment. • Playing an active role in crafting seamless end-to-end user experiences, simplifying intricate technical aspects for user comprehension. • Contributing to the establishment and cultivation of a robust design process within the team, which includes maintaining a comprehensive design system and actively contributing to product strategy. • Being a vocal advocate for users and championing human-centric design principles in cross-functional meetings, ensuring user needs remain at the forefront of decision-making. • Utilizing insights gleaned from user interviews, usability tests, and other research methodologies to inform and drive data-informed design choices.

Requirements

• You bring significant experience as a part of a high-quality Product Design team, as well as working hands-on in a cross-functional team set-up. • You have experience working in a customer-first B2C environment. • You are ambitious; driven by the challenge of redefining industry standards and blazing a trail within the insurance world. • You have a proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch, and beyond. • You understand the importance of being pragmatic in your approach, and are able to simplify complex topics in order to find customer-centric solutions.
