Description

This is an independent contractor position and candidates must be located outside of the United States. • Identify and select candidates for the Independent Contractor roles through active and passive sourcing • Conduct interviews with Independent Contractors • Negotiate competitive rates with Independent Contractors • Maintain positive relationships with Interpreters once on-boarded with GLOBO • Work closely with Quality Assurance and VRI Teams on new/existing hires and setting them up in GLOBO’s platform • Provide support for active interpreters in the form of 1099 verification letters, address changes, credentials updates, etc. • Communicate with Quality Assurance Team daily on new hires engagement • Pull reports/data/metrics for the weekly meetings • Working closely with sales, scheduling team and operations to scale the talent pool in sync with business needs • Maintain active presence on social media platforms • Other duties as assigned
