Description

• The role includes all standard Clinical Support responsibilities, such as: • Coordinate a best-in-class patient experience, including managing inbound patient communications and working with patients’ care teams and specialists • Support the clinical team in the creation of a comprehensive and accurate patient record • Day-to-day tasks will include, but not limited to: • Managing inbound calls from patients, providers and other parties involved in care coordination and triaging symptoms • Managing inbound and outbound e-fax communications • Following-up on imaging, labs, medical equipment and other orders • Completing prior authorization requests and refill management

Requirements

• Must be able to work 9am-5pm eastern standard time • High school diploma or equivalent
