• Ensure accurate, timely, and engaging non-academic communications across Campus and its programs. • Produce, enhance, and validate non-academic student communications for the campus. • Define, analyze, and update priority areas and yearly plans for improving student experiences. • Drive a range of student communication actions from concept to completion, including campaigns and events across all three campuses. • Manage existing student communication channels, including school website, newsletters, landing pages, campus apps, TV screens, and signage. • Create and supervise content for various student communication channels. • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to enhance student communications. • Collaborate with key students and staff to ensure message coordination. • Establish and manage new student communication channels based on feedback. • Interpret results from student feedback channels and translate these into yearly priority areas for internal communications. • Organize and supervise student events, such as info sessions, Q&As, fireside chats, and success stories. • Co-create engagement campaigns with colleagues and students. • Assess and continuously improve processes for obtaining feedback from and communicating with students. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Student Council, Shared Governance Coordinator, and Academic Office. • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and school values. • Establish a service-oriented relationship with the School of Practical Arts and Campus Management team, providing guidance on communication strategies. • Lead communication initiatives targeting vocational and professional students, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key messages. • Provide ongoing support to the School of Practical Arts and Campus Management team, anticipating communication needs and offering tailored solutions. • Facilitate collaboration between departments to optimize strategies, align messaging, and ensure consistency across channels.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in journalism, communications, business, marketing or related field. • Three years of experience in a similar position and five years of professional experience. • Marketing and Communications experience is mandatory. • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to connect with diverse stakeholders. • Excellent project management skills and a proactive attitude. • Empathetic mindset with a commitment to inclusivity, catering to various internal needs. • Curiosity and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in digital communication tools with a good eye for functional graphic design. • Experience in an academic institution or university setting. • Language Proficiency: English - C2, German - Native language (Swiss-German preferred).
