Description

• Lead the technical setup and configuration of Pearl AI software, ensuring that each installation meets technical specifications and DSO standards. • Own the project lifecycle with a focus on timely delivery, coordinating all phases from initial setup to go-live. • Provide comprehensive training for all customer stakeholders, including DSO leadership, IT teams, and clinical staff, to promote software adoption and optimize usage. • Establish strong relationships and maintain open communication channels with DSO leadership, IT departments, doctors, and Pearl AI's internal teams. • Work closely with Pearl AI’s internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support, to deliver a unified and coordinated implementation experience. • Maintain accurate project documentation, track milestones, and report on progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project status at all times. • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation, setting the foundation for long-term customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise implementation or project management within a technology or SaaS environment, preferably with multi-location rollouts. • Strong technical acumen, with experience in software configuration and setup. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams including IT, leadership, and clinical professionals. • Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of project deliverables, showing proactivity and accountability in managing customer relationships.
