• Join Helprise – one of the fastest growing outsourcing and consultancy firms providing the best talent, know-how and solutions for the execution of business processes. • Be part of building an ecosystem that gives unique value to our customers, partners, candidates and employees. • As a GL Accountant, you will be responsible for key aspects of general ledger accounting across four legal entities, focusing on the largest entity. • Your role will support operational and strategic financial activities, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS). • Manage RTR (Record-to-Report) accounting processes, including postings and analysis of material costs compared to company revenue. • Develop and execute balance sheet reconciliations. • Perform month-end closing procedures and maintain accrual mirror and prepayment schedules. • Support Sub Ledger accountants with accounting questions and act as a mentor. • Collaborate closely with the CFO and Senior Controller as a sparring partner. • Work as part of a team to implement new accounting software (Forspace).

Requirements

• Experience in RTR accounting and knowledge of IFRS standards. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate costs and revenues in complex organizational structures. • Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage. • Teamwork skills and the ability to guide and support colleagues. • Proactive mindset for improving accounting processes and implementing new systems.
