• Join Helprise – one of the fastest growing outsourcing and consultancy firms. • Be part of building an ecosystem that gives unique value to our customers, partners, candidates and employees. • Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in vendor transactions. • Manage end-to-end P2P processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment handling. • Collaborate closely with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure seamless integration of financial operations. • Develop a strong understanding of purchase order workflows, including their creation, management, and tracking. • Handle change orders, ensuring their proper implementation and alignment with organizational policies. • Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. • Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and provide support. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to P2P. • Identify opportunities to improve P2P processes and support automation initiatives. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a P2P, Accounts Payable, or similar accounting role. • Familiarity with procurement or purchasing processes and teams. • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
