Requirements
• Proven experience managing projects within the life sciences sector, such as laboratory projects, scientific research initiatives, or cutting-edge product development. • Demonstrated ability to handle the complexities of cross-functional collaborations with external partners. • Language skills: Proficiency in Thai and English is required to facilitate effective communication with local and regional stakeholders. • Familiarity with regional cultures and time zones in Southeast Asia to optimize communication and project efficiency. • Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation, with a track record of successfully developing and executing risk management strategies. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a strong focus on meeting established milestones and deadlines. • Nice to have: A strong background in scientific research or experience working with laboratories and innovative products. • Prior involvement in managing life sciences-related initiatives in Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Singapore. • Ability to thrive in dynamic and culturally diverse environments, leveraging collaborative skills for project success.
