• Write high-quality content for landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, and social media posts on relevant industry topics and trends for the Helpware Tech division • Develop compelling sales collateral materials, such as sales decks, case studies, and other gated content • Maintain the best SEO practices to optimize content for search engines • Proofread and edit all content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines • Ensure content accuracy and industry relevance • Forge deep synergies with our marketing, sales, and product teams, creating captivating narratives that engage our audience and inspire action • Assist in developing and writing outbound marketing campaigns and email sequences to nurture leads and drive sales • Stay alert to the shifting sands of industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, using insights from the industry
• A bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (C1 level is a must; C2 level is a plus) • An actual certificate of English proficiency will also be a plus • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical copywriting, or corporate communications for IT and tech companies • Experience in content creation for the US/UK market is essential • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively • Familiarity with industry-specific copywriting tools and platforms • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform content strategy • Excellent communication and management skills • A creative mindset with the ability to identify and follow content trends
