β’ Develop landing pages and corporate websites (from concept to final design). β’ Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. β’ Create responsive designs for different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). β’ Develop design systems and style guides. β’ Collaborate with developers, marketers, and copywriters to implement designs. β’ Analyze and improve UX based on analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback. β’ Design interfaces in Figma. β’ Prepare files for development (automation, export of UI components).
β’ At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer. β’ Proficiency in Figma. β’ Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and user testing. β’ Understanding of responsive design. β’ Ability to create design systems, components, and style guides. β’ Experience with UI components and modular grids. β’ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective communication with developers. β’ Experience designing corporate websites, landing pages, dashboards, and CRM systems. β’ Skills in UX research (user analysis, testing). β’ Ability to present and justify your decisions effectively. β’ Teamwork and proactiveness. β’ Experience in motion design and UI animations (Lottie, After Effects, Framer Motion) will be a plus. β’ Experience with no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow) will be a plus. β’ Experience in UX research and usability testing will be a plus. β’ Knowledge of design psychology and behavioral patterns will be a plus.
