📋 Description
• Develop landing pages and corporate websites (from concept to final design). • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. • Create responsive designs for different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). • Develop design systems and style guides. • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and copywriters to implement designs. • Analyze and improve UX based on analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback. • Design interfaces in Figma. • Prepare files for development (automation, export of UI components).
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer. • Proficiency in Figma. • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and user testing. • Understanding of responsive design. • Ability to create design systems, components, and style guides. • Experience with UI components and modular grids. • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective communication with developers. • Experience designing corporate websites, landing pages, dashboards, and CRM systems. • Skills in UX research (user analysis, testing). • Ability to present and justify your decisions effectively. • Teamwork and proactiveness. • Experience in motion design and UI animations (Lottie, After Effects, Framer Motion) will be a plus. • Experience with no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow) will be a plus. • Experience in UX research and usability testing will be a plus. • Knowledge of design psychology and behavioral patterns will be a plus.
