β€’ Design and edit UGC-style videos for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. β€’ Create visually engaging graphics and digital assets that align with brand guidelines. β€’ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. β€’ Optimize video content for platform-specific performance and audience reach. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UGC and social media content.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of at least 3 years in graphic design, with a focus on creating assets for paid marketing channels. β€’ Extensive portfolio showcasing strong proficiency in creating visually compelling designs for social media ads and display ads. β€’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools. β€’ Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, particularly in paid social media advertising. β€’ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and requirements. β€’ Experience in video editing, animating ads, including proficiency in After Effects and/or Premiere, is a plus for this role. β€’ Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus but not required.
