To work closely with teams across the organization to turn high-level objectives into actionable plans; executing independently to deliver results. This role requires navigating complex challenges, resourcefulness, and creative drive as well as the ability to partner with various teams, seek to deeply understand a problem statement, and manage expectations while driving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in project or program management • Strong preference for experience managing cross-company initiatives that span G&A, Marketing & Comms, and Tech teams • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor output to varying audiences • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and develop creative solutions • Proficiency in project management tools; such as: Jira & Asana
