Requirements

• Proficient with a variety of design tools like Adobe CC and Figma (we use) • Proficient with using web builders like Framer (we use) or Webflow • Design experience in the digital space, specifically on websites • Working knowledge of web development principles • Understanding of UX principles and how they connect to web design • Web optimization and SEO experience • HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on front end tools • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities • Experience with A/B testing and planning • HTML, CSS, and Javascript coding abilities • React knowledge • Marketing team experience, specifically around sales, campaigns, and tight turn-arounds for projects
