Description

• Her Campus Media is seeking a creative, organized, social media savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Creation Intern for the fall 2024 semester. • The intern will specialize in creating video content for Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University’s social channels, specifically TikTok and Instagram Reels. • The main responsibility will be creating multiple videos a week. • The intern will also research the latest social media trends, brainstorm ways to adapt popular memes, write catchy social media copy, schedule posts, and engage with community members across platforms.

Requirements

• Current college undergraduate • Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills • Working knowledge of all Google for Work tools • Hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient, and creative work ethic • Passionate about the Her Campus Mission • Strong video editing skills and comfortability with being on camera • A love for social media and a pulse on the latest trends • A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, both from a creator and user perspective • An interest in creating pop culture, beauty, career, style, and lifestyle-related content.
