β’ Responsible for independent management and control of all accounting processes β’ Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB β’ Preparation and support of tax returns β’ Conduct and optimize accounting processes β’ Act as a key contact for tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities β’ Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations β’ Play a key role in internal projects for process optimization and digitalization β’ Analyze and prepare business metrics
π― Requirements
β’ Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar β’ Several years of experience in accounting or tax β’ Sound knowledge of HGB and ideally IFRS β’ Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Odoo, DATEV, NetSuite) β’ Strong analytical skills and structured work ethic β’ High affinity for numbers and complex financial topics β’ Independence, initiative, and teamwork β’ Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel β’ Excellent German and English skills (C1 level)
