📋 Description
• Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Kontrolle aller buchhalterischen Vorgänge • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats -, Quartals - und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen • Durchführung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen • Ansprechpartner*in für Steuerberatungen , Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen und Finanzbehörden • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und steuerlicher Vorschriften • Schlüsselrolle bei internen Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung • Analyse und Aufbereitung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen , Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter) • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder im Steuerbereich • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und idealerweise IFRS • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z. B. Odoo , DATEV , NetSuite) • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Hohe Affinität für Zahlen und komplexe Finanzthemen • Selbstständigkeit , Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office , insbesondere Excel • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1 Niveau)
