• Du bist Teil unseres interdisziplinären Mobile-Teams und führst eine Outcome-orientierte Product Discovery & Delivery effektiv durch • Du stärkst die Discovery-Kultur, indem Du die entsprechenden Methoden einbringst • Du entwickelst neue Features und Verbesserungen speziell für unsere mobile App, basierend auf User Feedback, Userverhalten, Marktanalysen und eigenen Ideen • Du stehst in engem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und internen Stakeholdern , um echte Kundenprobleme im HERO Product-Trio zu lösen
🎯 Requirements
• Du bist vertraut mit den gängigen Methoden der Product Discovery (Opportunity Solution Tree, Experience Mapping, Assumption Testing etc.) • Du bist vertraut mit den spezifischen Herausforderungen im Produktmanagement und kennst die jeweiligen Design-Richtlinien und Best Practices • Du hast in einem agilen Umfeld gearbeitet • Du liebst es eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und treibst Deine Themen proaktiv voran • Du hast die Fähigkeit komplexe Themen zu strukturieren und sie in einfache und skalierbare Lösungen zu zerlegen • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mindestens im Rahmen von C1 • Idealerweise, hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für native mobile Apps, insbesondere für iOS und Android
