• Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit • Außerdem kennst Du Dich entweder im Bereich SaaS ODER in der Handwerksbranche sehr gut aus • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Leadgenerierung erzielt • Du verstehst es, potenzielle Kunden strategisch und überzeugend anzusprechen • Du bist geübt darin, komplexe Themen klar und überzeugend zu präsentieren • Du schaffst es, Vertrauen bei potenziellen Kunden aufzubauen • Du erkennst Chancen und ergreifst die Initiative, um Deine Pipeline kontinuierlich zu verbessern • Du verstehst relevante KPIs, analysierst Funnel-Daten und nutzt diese, um Deine Techniken kontinuierlich zu optimieren • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit modernen CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce) • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Tools und Prozesse • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind mindestens auf C1-Niveau
