• Collaborate with the RBU LT and -1 to support planning, ensuring alignment with company strategy and annual goals. • Oversee Leadership Team operations and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in leadership initiatives. • Identify opportunities within the organization to implement lean processes to drive efficiency and leadership programs to drive effectiveness. • Foster an organizational culture of continuous improvement. • Lead and/or support strategic projects and initiatives by coordinating with various cross-functional stakeholders, setting timelines, and tracking progress. • Prepare presentations and communications for stakeholders within the RBU and at the Divisional LT level. • Curate reports and analyzes data to provide timely and insightful analysis to support decision making. • Execute the RBU Governance and support organization and preparation
• Bachelor or Master in Business or related field • English fluent • Project Management • Critical thinking and ability to anticipate future outcome beyond actions • Demonstrated leadership abilities and people coordination • High level of business acumen and cross-functional awareness • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems, translate data into meaning, and develop practical solutions
