⢠Launch Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to successfully launch multiple releases of the Hertility app, including defining target audiences, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans ⢠User Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to increase user engagement and retention, including personalised communications such as in-app messaging, and targeted promotions ⢠Clinical Services Growth: Work closely with our Head of Clinical Services (Amanda) to drive the growth of Hertility's clinical services, including partnership marketing, bundles and customer journey testing ⢠User Acquisition: Working closely with the growth team, drive user acquisition through a variety of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, organic search, social media, email marketing, and partnerships ⢠Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters ⢠Analytics and Optimisation: Utilise data and analytics to track key performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and optimise strategies for maximum impact ⢠Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development, messaging, and positioning strategies ⢠Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap, feature prioritisation, and customer needs ⢠Brand Building: Contribute to building the Hertility brand as a trusted leader in reproductive health through thought leadership, industry partnerships, and participation in relevant events and conferences
⢠6+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically across app and web ⢠Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing digital products, with a focus on user acquisition and retention ⢠Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing ⢠Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making ⢠Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams ⢠Worked in and thrived in fast-growth companies ⢠A desire to be at the intersection of strategy and execution ⢠A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done at pace, leveraging strong prioritisation and organisational skills ⢠Strong collaboration and communication skills, articulating complex ideas in effective and understandable ways
