• Own the positioning and messaging of the company's products • Conduct research to understand user and buyer personas, competitor landscape, and refine positioning • Improve sales outcome by conducting win/loss analysis and developing effective collaterals • Drive customer advocacy to improve adoption, usage, and referrals • Build and execute GTM strategies for new and existing products • Build and grow the Product Marketing team • Collaborate with industry analysts, experts, and influencers to increase brand visibility and relevance
• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing • Experience in user research, persona research, and GTM strategy • Preference for experience in infrastructure product/dev tools marketing • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to empathetically understand and solve customer issues • Deep understanding of business and market trends • Experience in driving business impact at a growth-stage startup in a senior or leadership role
