• About Hex Trust • Hex Trust, established in 2018, offers fully regulated institutional digital asset Custody, Staking, and Markets services to builders, investors, and service providers. • Hex Trust continues to innovate with its proprietary bank-grade platform, providing secure, and integrated solutions. • Hex Trust is seeking a motivated and sales-oriented professional with a strong background in crypto or financial services to join our Client Management team. • In this role, you will manage a portfolio of institutional clients, driving growth within both the client accounts and the broader ecosystem. • As the main point of contact for clients, you will oversee the entire relationship and orchestrate discussions across custody, trading, staking, and financing. • This role offers the opportunity to engage with influential institutional players in the industry, such as crypto funds, VCs, blockchain foundations and token projects. • The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for the digital assets industry, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach. • If you're eager to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and make a significant impact in a dynamic industry, we'd love to hear from you.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant client-facing work experience, ideally within sales/relationship management /business development within crypto or financial services industries. • Confident verbal communication and polished written communication. • Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving, ambiguous environment with changing business strategies and new products. • Comfort with flexible hours, including weekends, for comprehensive support coverage. • High emotional intelligence and the ability to understand not only what the client is saying, but also their underlying needs. • English is a must. Additional languages (eg: French, Mandarin) are a plus • Proficiency in Google Suite, and CRM software (such as HubSpot) • 5-10 years of relevant work experience
