Description

• HHAeXchange is the leading technology platform for home and community-based care. • HHAeXchange is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage, customize, and support our NetSuite ERP system. • The candidate will work closely with our Finance and Accounting teams to streamline processes and improve system efficiency. • The position will involve understanding business processes and making recommendations based on NetSuite best practices. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator. • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, AR/AP, and Order Management. • Prior experience with Zone&Co ZoneBilling suite is a plus. • Experience with 3rd party financial systems such as Avalara AvaTax, Shopify, Stripe, etc. is a plus. • Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder. • Experience with system integrations and data migration. • Solid understanding of business processes and accounting principles. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • NetSuite Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
