Description

• HICX is a leading provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for digital supplier management. • The Project Manager role is crucial for project success at HICX. • Apply experience to deliver excellent outcomes and manage a global team. • Responsible for project plans, resources, financials, and client relationships. • Ensure timely project delivery and contribute to ongoing process improvements. • Develop project scopes and objectives involving stakeholders. • Oversee timely delivery, ensuring projects remain within scope and budget. • Accurately estimate work effort on large projects. • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. • Prepare reports and maintain relations with clients and stakeholders. • Support the pre-sales team in the client acquisition phase.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ professional experience working as a team member of software implementations • 2+ years’ domain experience with procurement software such as SIM or P2P (Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, etc.) • 2+ years’ experience with procurement/supply chain processes and data in ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS products • Understanding of technical aspects of scripting and SQL • Significant experience in software development and web technologies • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Additional certification such as PMP or PRINCE II
