• HICX is a leading worldwide provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for digital supplier management. • HICX is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solution Consultant. • You will play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' experience and driving the success of our Supplier Management Platform. • Large enterprises can unlock the value of their supplier relationships by consolidating supplier data and streamlining supplier management processes. • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving innovation and creating seamless customer experiences. • Contribute to transforming the way these organizations interact with their suppliers. • You will be responsible for helping close, plan and implement HICX’ platform for HICX customers. • The initial focus will be in leading customer implementations for HICX’s fortune 5000 customers in the EU. • Conceptualize solution/technical architecture & design, orchestrate POCs, technically lead implementation for HICX SBM platform. • Play an active role in providing thought leadership in various technology areas associated with Master Data Management, Supplier Management, Supplier Performance, Information management, Data Quality, Data Profiling/discovery. • Collaboratively drive solution & architecture definition with business and IT teams of the customer. • Be part of strategic consulting projects, assessments, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition & business case. • Customer Success / Satisfaction measured across implementation, customer success and sales team support – 30%. • Project/Service Delivery - Meeting project/service deadlines on time, quality and cost. • Delivering high quality requirement/function specifications and other required documentation – 70%.
• 7+ years professional experience working as a team member of software implementations • 5+ years experience of solution design • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS products • Understanding the technical aspects of configuration, scripting and SQL with the credibility to drive and challenge cross-functional teams of varying levels of technical detail • Significant experience in software development and web technologies • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office • Strong written and verbal communication skills • 2+ years’ domain experience with procurement software such as Supplier Information Management or Procure-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba, Basware, Ivalua or other specialist solutions) • 2+ years’ experience with procurement/supply chain processes and data in ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
