📋 Description
• Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications • Collaborate with UX designers to create cohesive user experiences • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries • Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for developers • Conduct visual design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality • Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and insights • Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices • Lead design presentations and workshops, effectively communicating design concepts and rationales • Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of UI design experience • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality UI work • Proficiency in Figma • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices • Ability to create responsive designs that adapt to different devices and screen sizes • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Nice to have AI, 3D, AR, VR design experience • Experience in branding • Experience in the financial and healthcare sectors • Experience in Service design • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
