📋 Description
• Contribute to all stages of the design process from user research to wireframes and shipping the product • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products • Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs and improve usability • Gathering and understanding business objectives and user needs • Designing user journeys, identifying pain points • User testing, interviewing and insight gathering, persona creation • Conducting workshops, representing UX aspects • Liaising and working with stakeholders, participating in specification and review processes to ensure the best possible user experience • Professional leadership of product design projects • Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth • Collaborate with engineers, leadership, and customer-facing teams to develop design solutions that drive business value and align with strategic objectives • Be a self-starter and problem solver to facilitate self-identified opportunities in products and services
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of UX design experience • Practical knowledge of design thinking methodology • Passionate about creating seamless user-centric experiences • User-centered mindset • Understanding and high level of project insight • Thorough knowledge of Figma, fluent in its use • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English • Constructive approach • Knowledge of industry trends, innovative technologies • Nice to have AI, 3D, AR, VR design experience • Experience in branding • Experience in financial and healthcare sectors • Experience in Service design • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
