• Lead and manage IT and process/transformation projects independently. • Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts. • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Provide mentorship and supervision to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders. • Develop and implement project management processes in accordance with industry standards (ISO, CMMI). • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards. • Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Oracle to track project progress.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering with experience in embedded software projects/development • Strong mentoring, supervisory, and team-building abilities. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, combined with high motivation and the ability to multi-task • Understanding of processes and standards such as ISO and CMMI, and experience with software-related quality standards and certification activities • Proficiency in written and spoken English • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle notions • Experience with Jira and Oracle is a plus • Must be a US citizen
