🎯 Requirements
•2+ years of experience in software/web engineering, with strong proficiency in React, CSS, and Next.js •Demonstrated ability to build production-ready web applications in a fast-paced environment •Excellent design taste and a keen eye for detail •Proven experience with code-based animations (e.g., using Framer or Lottie) or experience collaborating with contractors on creative implementations •Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with marketing, design, and data teams •Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices—especially around performance, accessibility, and search optimization.
