Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a similar analytical field • 4+yrs in related technical roles, 1+ in management or team leadership • Experience hiring, developing, and managing a technical team • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications • Experience designing and developing data warehouses (Teradata, Oracle Exadata, Netezza, SQL Server, Spark) • Experience building ETL / ELT ingestion pipelines with tools like DataStage, Informatica, Matillion • Advanced knowledge of SQL and tuning SQL, including analysis of query plans • Working knowledge of data visualization tools • Experience with business intelligence/data analytics • Cloud experience on Snowflake or AWS (Azure, and GCP are nice to have as well) • Experience and expertise in Python and familiarity with the application of modern data science language is a plus • A proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement • Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health • Management skills (people and agile projects) • Advanced English
