• Looking for an experienced, data-driven, and innovative Growth and Product Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition and expansion efforts. • Combine growth, performance marketing, product marketing and customer engagement to accelerate growth and drive product adoption. • Responsible for scaling marketing initiatives, enhancing the customer experience, and enabling the sales team with impactful strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience ( 7+ years ) in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company. • Strong understanding of growth hacking, performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, and product-led growth strategies. • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier). • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, forecasting, and reporting. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
