🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in community management with a focus on Web 3, crypto, NFTs, decentralized apps, and blockchain gaming • Strong understanding of Web 3 technologies, including NFTs, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain-based gaming ecosystems • Proven success in scaling online communities, particularly within gaming and crypto spaces, on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X • Experience developing and executing campaigns that drive community growth, engagement, and retention • Deep passion for community building, particularly in the Web 3 and blockchain-powered space • Experience managing open-source community mods and engaging with players across social platforms • Skilled in influencer collaboration and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement • Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster meaningful interactions and maintain community morale • Comfortable working remotely with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership • Analytical mindset with superior product and metrics understanding
