Description

• Assist with research and data analysis to guide strategic decisions. • Utilize off-the-shelf and AI-driven tools to support various projects. • Contribute to the planning and execution of events and activities that promote employee engagement. • Prepare reports and presentations using G Suite and other relevant tools. • Collaborate on various projects, including User Experience Research (UXR), documentation, product reviews, and presenting data in a clear and visually compelling way. • Support the development and maintenance of systems that aid in decision-making and strategy formulation. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure plans align to facilitate successful project execution. • Collaborate with different teams to execute various initiatives aimed at enhancing the company culture.

Requirements

• Exposure to corporate environments and an interest in working within a product-based, startup environment. • A strong desire to grow and develop in the field of HR. • Ability to conduct research and analyze data to support HR initiatives. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for thoughtful and clear expression. • A proactive thinker who can contribute innovative ideas and solutions. • Familiarity with creative tools and AI-driven platforms used in HR. • Strong ability to execute tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of results. • Expertise in advanced Google Sheets functions and PowerPoint, including complex data analysis and presentation skills.
