📋 Description

• At Hike, we’re building the Rush Gaming Universe • The Hike Code is our value system • They inspire us to be the best we can be • We aim to live and breathe by these every single day. • Work with large, complex data sets to solve business problems • Develop compelling stories with business insights • Identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. • Identify the right metrics to track progress against a given business goal • Design, run and measure experiments to test business hypotheses • Expedite root cause analyses/insight generation through automation/self-serve platforms • Work with Business, Product and Data engineering teams for data accuracy • Manage cross-functional teams, review their performance, and manage schedules. • Monitor and forecast key business metrics across departments regularly • Conduct regular planning and reviews key performance metrics • Generate reports of findings and present to senior management. • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality • Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 plus years of experience in analytics/data science or related field • Hands-on experience on data manipulation tools like SQL, R, Python, Excel • Exposure to BI Platforms like Power BI, Tableau • Knowledge of advanced statistical measurement frameworks • Knowledge of machine learning techniques like Regression, Classification • Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Proficient verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
