🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering with at least 1–2 years in Web3 development. • Deep hands-on experience building on Solana (Rust/Anchor framework preferred). • Strong grasp of smart contracts, token standards (SPL, ERC), and decentralized architecture. • Familiarity with tools like Solana CLI, Phantom wallet integration, Metaplex, or Serum. • Exposure to Ethereum and related ecosystems (Solidity, Hardhat, Ethers.js) is a big plus. • Understanding of Web3 security standards, best practices, and gas optimization techniques. • Passion for clean, maintainable code and strong debugging/problem-solving skills. • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work closely with product and design teams.
