Description

• Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries and verticals, leveraging market research and networking efforts to uncover new business opportunities for our services and offerings • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at firms, positioning our services and offerings as solutions to their business challenges and objectives • Collaborate closely with marketing and lead generation teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness and engagement with our services and offerings • Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery meetings with Partner level legal clients to understand their pain points, goals, and priorities, positioning our solutions as strategic enablers of their success • Develop and present compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our services and offerings, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each firm • Ensures that strategic objectives of organization and engagements are constantly aligned, measured, and achieved • Generates ongoing engagement opportunities (and closes them) through deep and wide understanding of client’s business and Roadmap • Build solution timeline and team (roles, allocations, potential named resources) • Be the HIKE2 subject matter expert on the Hike2 offerings for our legal clients including value proposition, and key differentiators. • Professionally represent Hike2 at industry and partner conferences.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in selling programs and services to a diverse range of enterprise clients in the legal industry • Demonstrated ability to understand each law firm’s needs and develop tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges and objectives • Experience in articulating the value proposition of technology programs and services (specifically Salesforce and Cloud Based solutions), effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, methodologies, and industry trends, with the ability to stay abreast of advancements and innovations in the field • Demonstrated experience exceeding quota expectations fo $8-10M annually • Experience in a consulting environment or legal office • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment • Travel as required to support client engagements
