• Coordinate processes across the company and with partners for pre-NTP project requirements • Ensure design, permitting, financing, revenues and expenses, and risks are managed holistically • Work with all internal TRP teams and external stakeholders • Maintain alignment and develop renewable energy projects • Establish KPIs and reporting standards for asset performance • Develop and oversee project plans and timelines from early development to NTP • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget • Track and update project development status

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration or equivalent (master's degree preferred) • At least 5 years of in-depth experience with end-to-end renewable energy project development (origination through operations) • Experience with solar PV project development, preferably including behind-the-meter systems and PV coupled with battery energy storage • Experience developing energy efficiency projects via performance contracts is preferred • Attention to detail coupled with big-picture thinking • Zeal for pursuing new opportunities with problem solving and creativity to find appropriate solutions that meet many parties’ needs • Project and/or corporate finance underwriting experience is preferred • Strong project development, process development, and team-building skills. • Experience working with cross-functional internal and external technical advisors and stakeholders
