📋 Description

• Lead data quality initiatives to monitor, clean, and enhance enterprise data assets. • Implement data profiling, cleansing, and validation processes to improve accuracy and consistency. • Define and track key data quality metrics (DQMs) and establish data issue resolution protocols. • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure effective data lineage and metadata management. • Work closely with business teams to oversee global data quality reporting and remediation efforts. • Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure data integrity, compliance, and usability across the organization. • Define and enforce data policies, standards, and best practices to drive consistency and accountability. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to establish data ownership and stewardship processes. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in the BI function. • Leverage data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Microsoft Purview to manage data catalogs, lineage, and policies. • Integrate automation and AI-driven solutions for data quality monitoring and anomaly detection. • Advocate for a modern data architecture strategy that enables self-service analytics while maintaining governance controls. • Design, develop, and execute enterprise training programs on data governance, as well as data tools such as PowerBI to foster a culture of data driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management roles. • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, DCAM). • Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, data profiling tools, and metadata management platforms. • Experience working with enterprise data lakes, warehouses, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOX, etc.). • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data governance initiatives. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
