📋 Description
• PrimeLending is a leading national home lender focused on empowering the pursuit of homeownership. • We are seeking a Post Closing Compliance Auditor. • This person will audit loans to identify compliance issues, missing criteria/documentation and documentation errors.
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 year residential mortgage regulatory or compliance experience • Understanding of laws and regulations governing residential mortgage lending • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to demonstrate strong detail orientation and analytical skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite • Strong customer service orientation • Displays strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
