• Responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns • Collaboratively build and execute channel strategy for growth goals • Support the management of agency partners and monitor campaign performance • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and brand teams
• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing positions • Hands-on experience trafficking ads and launching campaigns across multiple UIs • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance-tracking tools • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Excitement to voice opinion and give feedback
