• Manage the full cycle of recruitment: Sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, and developing a strong talent pipeline of highly qualified and diverse clinical professionals • Develop, implement, and refine provider recruitment strategies • Maintain consistent communication with key internal stakeholders & candidates through all stages of the recruitment process • Maintain highly organized and accurate documentation on all candidates and interviews. • Track, maintain, and report key metrics on recruiting goals
• 2+ years of work experience in full-cycle recruiting • Working knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment market trends. • Innovative sourcing methods and experience creatively finding new candidates • Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (like LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems) • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal • Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities • Bonus points if you have experience in clinical recruitment
