📋 Description
• Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is the leading health and wellness platform. • Seeking a highly motivated Lead Product Manager for ML initiatives. • Drive innovation and enhance customer experiences through ML solutions. • Collaborate with engineering and data science for impactful ML features. • Balance technical and customer-centric product thinking for value delivery. • Advocate for best practices in machine learning product management and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Product Management, or a related field; advanced technical degrees are a plus • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on machine learning or data-driven products • Proven ability to deliver ML-powered products and features, with a strong understanding of the ML lifecycle and associated challenges • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, data science, and business teams • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, tools, and technologies is a plus • Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries is highly desirable • Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
