📋 Description
• Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is the leading health and wellness platform • Seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a focus on Provider Payments Accounting Operations • Oversee and optimize provider pay accounting processes • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards • Support financial aspects of telemedicine operations
🎯 Requirements
• BA or BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics from a top-ranking university (required) • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with direct experience in public companies and/or managing daily accounting operations (required) • Experience with NetSuite, Tipalti or other billing systems strongly preferred • CPA track preferred • Advanced Excel skills required • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret financial data and support decision-making • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization • Ability to think through complex problems, determine proper processes, derive accounting conclusions, and present findings to the team • Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiency in accounting operations • Ability to be a team player and work effectively in both in-person and remote environments
